任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造等相关专业。工作经验
5年以上机械设计经验； 具有电子制造行业工装夹具设计经验优先； 具有SMT、PCBA行业经验者优先。专业技能
机械设计能力
熟练掌握机械结构设计原理； 具有丰富的工装夹具设计经验； 熟悉公差分析、GD&T及机械制图标准； 能独立完成项目方案设计到量产导入全过程。材料与工艺能力（重点要求）
熟悉常用金属材料特性及选型原则； 熟悉机械加工制造工艺，包括：- CNC铣削
- CNC车削
- 磨削加工
- EDM放电加工
- 线切割
软件能力
熟练使用以下一种或多种设计软件：- SolidWorks
- Creo（Pro/E）
- Inventor
- AutoCAD

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years mechanical design experience
- Experience designing tooling/fixtures for electronic manufacturing (SMT/PCBA) or similar
- Proven mechanical structure and fixture design skills; ability to take projects from concept to mass production
- Proficiency with GD&T, tolerance analysis and mechanical drafting standards
- Familiarity with metal material selection (aluminum, stainless, tool steel), heat treatment and surface treatments
- Knowledge and hands-on understanding of machining processes: CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, EDM, wire-cut
- Experience with supplier technical communication, process reviews, and tooling validation
- Proficiency in one or more CAD tools: SolidWorks, Creo (Pro/E), Inventor, AutoCAD; 3D modeling and drawing output
- Good English reading/writing and basic technical English communication
- Familiarity with reflow soldering process, automated equipment fixture design, DFMEA, MES or PLM systems
- EMS industry experience
