- EOL测试工装

根据测试需求独立完成工装方案设计、3D结构设计及工程图纸输出。 与测试工程师协同完成测试方案验证及工装开发。 负责工装打样、试产验证及问题改善。 跟进工装制造、组装、调试及验收过程。 对测试过程中发现的问题进行分析改善，提高测试效率和稳定性。 建立和维护工装设计标准、技术文档及BOM资料。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造相关专业。
工作经验
3年以上机械设计经验； 具有测试工装夹具设计实际项目经验； 有电子产品测试行业背景优先。
专业技能
测试工装设计能力（重点要求）
熟悉ICT、FCT测试工装设计原理； 熟悉Pogo Pin、针床、定位机构设计； 熟悉气动夹紧机构设计； 熟悉测试工装可靠性和重复定位设计； 熟悉测试治具结构优化及维护方案； 具有多项目并行开发经验。
机械设计能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related
- 3+ years mechanical design experience
- Practical project experience designing test fixtures/fixtures for electronics testing
- Familiarity with ICT and FCT test fixture design principles
- Experience with Pogo Pin, needle bed and positioning mechanism design
- Experience designing pneumatic clamping mechanisms and reliable repeatable locating
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and engineering drawing output using SolidWorks/Creo/Inventor/AutoCAD (one or more)
- Familiarity with tolerance analysis, dimension chain design, and engineering drawing standards
- Knowledge of CNC machining, mechanical parts processing and assembly; DFM capability
- Ability to independently complete full test fixture development cycle, prototype, pilot run validation and problem improvement
- Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and specifications
- Multi-project parallel development experience
- Background in electronics product testing industry
- Familiarity with Agilent, Keysight, Teradyne test platforms and corresponding fixture development
- Knowledge of automation test equipment design, sensors, pneumatic components, and basic electro-control
- Experience in EMS, consumer electronics, or automotive electronics industry
