Job Description岗位概述:
遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度，负责及时有效地完成维修工单。
主要职责:
- 遵守和严格执行公司及部门的安全、环保、食品安全、质量、行为规范、程序和作业指导等各项规章制度和要求；及时参加工司组织的各项安全培训、食品安全培训， 工作按要求完成各类安全工作许可证、作业前风险评估(PJHA)的申请及签署。
- 负责按时按要求完成机修主管和班长下达的维修工作，并及时反馈和记录。
- 按要求做好夜间应急值班， 及时响应， 安全高效完成应急支援维修工作。
- 负责执行的维修工作，包括预防性和预测性维修工作、维护修理、紧急维修、润滑保养、改造等。可能涉及登高、焊接和热切割、有限空间、吊装等作业。
- 按照预防性维护（PM）和预测性维护（PDM）工单的标准作业指导书， 完成各项PM&PDM检查工作，熟练使用振动、超声波和激光对中仪等可靠性维修工具，有效发现设备运行异常, 记录检查发现项并及时向上级反馈; 落实执行检查发现项的处理工作，并跟进复查处理结果， 把设备故障解决在未发生之前。
- 立足保障生产的服务意识，与生产及其他部门沟通良好，及时响应生产部门的紧急维修需求。
- 对工厂常发易发的设备故障， 提出合理化建议， 并协助上级落实整改方案；定期总结维修技术经验及“一点课程”的分享。
- 参加部门内部的技术培训及维修经验分享，学习和掌握各类设备的安装、检查、维修知识和技能，避免维修返工情况的发生；
- 维护和保管自己的维修工具及公用工具。
- 维护和保持个人工具柜、所负责的区域、作业区域的清洁卫生和5S工作。
- 上级安排的其他工作。
技能知识
- 具备较强的现场动手维修能力；
- 具备较强的安全保护的意识；
- 能吃苦耐劳；
- 有较强的学习能力深富团队合作精神
工作经历:
- 0-2年机械设备维修工作经验
教育背景:
- 大专学历及以上，具有机械制造、设备维修与养护等相关专业知识
语言能力:
- 普通话
其他相关技能:
- 焊接与热切割作业证、高出作业证，有叉车证、钳工证

Skills Required
- Hands-on mechanical repair skills
- Strong safety awareness and compliance
- 0-2 years mechanical equipment maintenance experience
- Associate degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or equipment maintenance related field
- Mandarin language proficiency
- Proficient with vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, and laser alignment tools
- Welding and thermal cutting operation certificate
- High-altitude work certificate
- Forklift license
- Fitter/bench work certificate (钳工证)
