Xpressdocs Opens New HQ in Fort Worth, Plans Expansion

Xpressdocs has come a long way since it first launched out of a garage in 1998. It has gone from processing web-to-print orders to creating digital ads and much more. Now, more than two decades since its launch, the company announced it relocated into a new 245,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth.  

Today, Xpressdocs provides a full range of marketing solutions from branded clothing and stationery to digital advertisements, direct mail and social media networking.

The company houses its corporate roles in the same facility as its production team making for greater optimization, according to Xpressdocs, and the new headquarters will be no different. 

According to a prepared statement, the corporate space in the new headquarters is more spacious than its previous location and features over 300 workstations for employees, several conference rooms and breakrooms and dedicated wellness rooms. The new headquarters will also house the Xpressdocs’ software development and logistics teams. 

“Our investment in a new office space is really an investment in our people,” Darrin Rayner, COO of Xpressdocs, said in the statement. “Our culture at Xpressdocs is strong, and we’re happy to support the further development of our team in our new, improved space.”  

On the production side of things, Xpressdocs purchased 19 new commercial-grade presses and new machinery to recycle leftover paper from print jobs.

“We’re excited about the capabilities, such as automation, these machines bring to the long list of capabilities we already provide to clients,” Jed Richards, VP of premedia and operations at Xpressdocs, said in the statement. “These machines will decrease the production time for customer orders and allow for more customization and personalization options for business cards, brochures and the like.”

The company opted to relocate to a larger space to keep up with its predicated growth, according to the company. Xpressdocs is actively hiring for more than a dozen positions.
