The Data QA Engineer designs and owns quality approaches for customer data projects, combining manual, visual, exploratory, and automated testing. Responsibilities include validating extracted data, analyzing completeness and accuracy with statistics and charts, documenting defects, producing quality reports, clarifying requirements, and improving QA tooling and processes. The role collaborates with developers, project managers, clients, and QA leadership in an agile environment, using Python, Pandas, Jupyter, SQL, web technologies, and REST API testing.

Design risk-based test strategies and build scalable automated coverage using Playwright, AI coding agents, and CI/CD pipelines. Develop agentic testing workflows, reusable automation frameworks, and AI-powered quality tools. Partner with cross-functional engineering squads to prevent defects, improve observability and release confidence, reduce flakiness, and increase automation coverage. Architect and operate Zyte’s core platform, including control and context planes, service registries, inter-service contracts, Kubernetes infrastructure, Kafka pipelines, deployment systems, and reliability tooling. Lead distributed-systems architecture, define SLOs, manage canary releases and failover strategies, participate in on-call and incident reviews, and mentor engineers across multiple squads. Develop shared Java and Python libraries, standardized workload specifications, and platform best practices for globally distributed engineering teams.

Reverse-engineer advanced antibot and browser fingerprinting systems across JavaScript VMs, WebAssembly, and obfuscated code. Build automated tracing, deobfuscation, fingerprint-inspection, website intelligence, and AI-assisted reverse-engineering pipelines. Develop reusable tools and structured intelligence for engineers and AI agents, integrate capabilities into browser automation systems, and mentor teammates. The role requires strong JavaScript, Node.js, Python, reverse engineering, debugging, fuzzing, networking, operating systems, and browser security expertise.

Reverse-engineer web antibot and fingerprinting systems across JavaScript VMs, WebAssembly, and obfuscated code. Build automated tracing, deobfuscation, website intelligence, and fingerprint-analysis pipelines. Use LLMs and agentic tooling to accelerate investigations, feed AI systems structured intelligence, and convert discoveries into reusable tools. Collaborate with engineering on browser automation systems and mentor teammates in AI-assisted reverse engineering.

Lead Zyte’s self-serve product-led growth strategy across its website, application UI, and developer ecosystem. Own the funnel from signup through activation, conversion, expansion, and churn reduction. Set product priorities, design experiments, analyze customer data, improve developer adoption, and coordinate marketing, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and RevOps to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

Lead development of tooling and automation that scales reverse-engineering of anti-bot and fingerprinting systems across JS VMs, WASM, and obfuscated code. Build tracing, deobfuscation, and intel pipelines; use LLMs and agents to automate analysis; integrate results into AI systems and browser automation stacks; mentor engineers in AI-augmented reverse-engineering.

Lead automation and tooling for large-scale reverse engineering of antibot and fingerprinting systems across JS VMs and WASM. Turn manual investigations into repeatable pipelines, use LLMs and agents to deobfuscate and classify detection surfaces, feed AI systems with structured intelligence, and integrate tooling into browser/automation stacks while mentoring teammates.
