Supports full-cycle recruitment, co-op hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, HR programs, contractor processes, and HR technology improvements. Coordinates HR projects, supports organizational changes and special initiatives, maintains employee records, and improves HR processes and employee experience while providing day-to-day operational support.

Leads analytical method development and phase-appropriate validation for GMP biotherapeutic manufacturing. Serves as analytical team lead and subject matter expert for biochemical characterization, analytical control strategies, potency assays, and QC release methods for multispecific antibodies and ADCs. Collaborates with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, troubleshoots technical issues, supports IND and BLA submissions, authors technical documentation, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Lead and support project management for early-stage clinical programs: implement a matrixed product development team, track timelines and budgets, run cross-functional meetings, identify risks and contingencies, liaise with internal and external partners, and oversee program budgets and forecasts to advance programs toward Phase I/II trials.
