Requires refinery operations experience or a bachelor’s degree, project scheduling knowledge, technical drawing interpretation, and proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Visio.

Leads business development for refinery chemicals and services in South Korea. Develops new oil and gas opportunities, manages existing accounts, builds relationships with major oil companies, prepares proposals, closes sales, and achieves revenue targets. Oversees customer communication and project execution, resolves issues, negotiates scope changes, delivers technical presentations, attends trade shows, and supports sales and marketing strategy. Requires refining or industrial sales experience, refinery operations knowledge, and extensive travel.

Drives commercial growth through sales support, strategic planning, client outreach, resource optimization, and new business development. Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to improve service lines, cost efficiency, HSE risk reduction, training, process standardization, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role also supports innovation, organizational excellence, metrics implementation, team building, and contract negotiations.
