Produce executive and technical security reports while researching emerging exploits, malware tactics, and industry-specific attack surfaces. Collaborate with security analysts, DevOps, and IT teams to strengthen organizational defenses.

Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise Cisco collaboration environments across primary and disaster recovery data centers. Responsibilities include CUCM, CUBE, SIP trunks, Unity Connection, Webex UCM Calling, voice recording, CDR analysis, LDAP integration, RTMT monitoring, backups, certificates, upgrades, and VMware/Cisco server support. The role handles P1/P2 incidents, change and problem management, RCA, carrier and vendor coordination, documentation, and operational readiness in a regulated BFSI environment.
