Provides L2 corporate IT support for desktop, Windows, network, endpoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and office infrastructure issues. Owns escalated tickets, incidents, RCA, SLAs, documentation, and vendor coordination. Supports critical broking users, coordinates with technical teams, guides L1 engineers, allocates tickets, monitors progress, and communicates with business stakeholders. The role also covers endpoint security, patching, BitLocker, vulnerability remediation, voice support, and IT compliance.

Build and manage Azure and hybrid-cloud CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and Ansible infrastructure automation, deployment strategies, self-service provisioning, auto-remediation, cost governance, and observability as code. The role also leads Azure environment planning, policy-as-code, DevSecOps controls, secrets management, monitoring integrations, compliance auditing, and operational toil reduction across multi-region platforms.

Monitor and maintain data center servers, storage, network devices, power, cooling, and environmental systems. Perform advanced first-level troubleshooting, rack and stack installations, health checks, patching, firmware upgrades, and incident documentation. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams, coordinate hardware maintenance with vendors, ensure access-control compliance, and guide junior L1 engineers during shift operations.
