Create visual designs and identities across web, social, app, and physical channels. Collaborate with brand, marketing, content, UX/UI, and copywriting teams to deliver cohesive assets, promotional app imagery, and design-system contributions. Apply Zwift’s visual language, manage projects from concept through delivery, incorporate feedback, and maintain high standards for typography, hierarchy, layout, motion, and brand experience.

Creates visual designs and identities across web, social, app, and physical channels. Collaborates with UX/UI designers, marketers, content teams, copywriters, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. Produces promotional app imagery, contributes to design systems and brand guidelines, manages projects from concept through delivery, and incorporates feedback in an iterative environment.

Develops and maintains eLearning, instructor-led, refresh, and train-the-trainer programs for support teams. Updates training for product, policy, and process changes; audits materials with subject matter experts; facilitates virtual training; and administers Seismic, including groups, enrollments, completion reporting, and assessments. Partners with internal stakeholders and BPO leaders to improve training effectiveness and close performance gaps.
