Lead corporate IT strategy and operations for a remote, cloud-first company. Manage a five-person remote IT team and contractors, operate helpdesk, oversee endpoints, identity, MDM, EDR, patching, networks, inventory and ticketing systems, manage IT budget and vendors, and partner with InfoSec on PCI DSS compliance.

Lead quality assurance for Zwift’s software products, including mobile applications, APIs, servers, and client-server systems. Develop test strategies, plans, and cases; execute regression and feature testing; document defects; validate databases; collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams; and support release testing. Improve QA processes, automation, reporting, tools, and test coverage across Agile development teams.

Build and maintain high-performance mobile code for Zwift Companion and cross-platform game, focusing on peripheral connectivity. Collaborate across teams, participate in technical planning, code reviews, and deliver reliable cross-platform solutions using Kotlin Multiplatform and native mobile stacks.
