Leads indirect strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through supplier selection and implementation. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing RFx events, qualifying and negotiating with suppliers, developing award recommendations, coordinating agreements, quantifying savings, managing supplier relationships, and facilitating cross-functional teams. The role also supports category management, supplier performance improvement, risk mitigation, and mentors junior sourcing professionals.

Leads global strategic sourcing and resourcing initiatives for direct materials and new product development. Identifies and qualifies suppliers, manages cross-functional sourcing teams, develops RFPs and RFQs, evaluates bids, negotiates supply agreements, oversees supplier relationships and performance analytics, and drives total-cost reductions. Partners with engineering, finance, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and international sourcing teams to ensure project timelines, product availability, and continuous supply-chain improvement.

Leads rapid, customer-driven product development and commercialization for the Drinking Water Business Unit. Identifies market gaps, translates customer feedback into product requirements, builds business cases, and manages cross-functional teams through development, launch, and post-launch improvement. Partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to expand the product portfolio, accelerate time to market, and drive revenue, margin, and customer adoption.
