Builds secure, scalable shared capabilities for AI-powered products, agentic workflows, model orchestration, retrieval, context management, and enterprise system integration. Establishes governance, evaluation, observability, reliability, cost controls, and authorization standards while translating platform investments into business outcomes. Partners across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal, and Compliance, and builds a high-impact AI platform organization.

Own enterprise account expansion across targeted $100M–$1B+ customers by managing complex SaaS sales cycles, identifying cross-sell opportunities, exceeding quotas and renewal targets, forecasting territory performance, and building executive relationships. The role partners with marketing, product, customer service, and implementation teams to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.

The Technical Account Manager engages with customers to optimize their use of Zuora products, manage configurations, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical solutions and relationship management.
