Design and scale mission-critical distributed Java services for Zuora’s billing platform. Build stream-processing pipelines and event-driven architectures using Kafka, Flink, Beam, CDC, and real-time data stores. Manage cloud-native services with AWS and Kubernetes, improve reliability and data consistency, and use AI-assisted development tools including Claude, Codex, and Cursor. The Customer Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor, designing Zuora solutions, managing customer relationships, utilizing SQL for data analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Develop and scale Zuora’s high-throughput, highly available subscription experience platform. Design secure APIs, backend and frontend solutions, and multi-tenant applications serving public and B2B users. Collaborate with product, operations, and vendors on architecture and requirements; deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production microservices. Lead code reviews, establish technical standards, improve operational processes, and mentor junior engineers.
