Teams at Zuora

Design, build, and optimize scalable Java backend services supporting enterprise billing and revenue systems. Develop integrations with Kafka, AWS, databases, and REST/gRPC APIs; improve performance, reliability, and throughput; participate in architecture discussions and code reviews; mentor junior engineers; and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.

Serve as a hands-on technical advisor to customers using Zuora: design configurations, workflows, API integrations, analyze data with SQL, build scalable subscription and billing solutions, create architecture/runbooks, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes and best practices.

Advise customers on revenue recognition automation, lead discovery sessions, design tailored quote-to-cash solutions, deliver demos and executive presentations, support sales to win deals, drive adoption, and inform product strategy. Occasional travel within sales territory.
