Advise customers on revenue recognition automation, lead discovery sessions, design tailored quote-to-cash solutions, deliver demos and executive presentations, support sales to win deals, drive adoption, and inform product strategy. Occasional travel within sales territory.

The Customer Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor, designing Zuora solutions, managing customer relationships, utilizing SQL for data analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Manage and expand relationships within large enterprise customers ($100M–$1B+), drive cross-sell and renewal revenue, own territory and account plans, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, complete Zuora onboarding, and leverage AI and sales tools to meet and exceed quota.
