Lead the design and rollout of a company-wide AI capability framework and learning curriculum. Define skills, proficiency levels, learning pathways, assessments, certifications, and digital badges. Coordinate senior stakeholders, technical experts, internal teams, external partners, pilots, and international implementation activities. Establish learning design standards, align development with career frameworks, measure effectiveness, and ensure the programme is practical, scalable, and sustainable.

Supports consulting teams on client engagements through research, analysis, hypothesis development, presentations, workshops, surveys, thought leadership, commercial proposals, and client relationship activities. The six-month internship provides exposure to digital strategy, transformation consulting, organizational consulting, operating model design, and enterprise architecture management.

Develop and maintain embedded software for a complex fire alarm system using modern C++, STM32 microcontrollers, and Zephyr RTOS. Responsibilities include implementing and reviewing features, writing unit tests, testing on hardware, maintaining lower-level RTOS functionality, investigating bugs through logs and traces, and contributing to agile planning and program increment discussions.
