Lead client-facing cloud and engineering engagements: shape cloud strategy, architecture, migrations and optimisation; provide technical leadership, prototyping, DevSecOps/IaC guidance, and mentor teams while addressing security, privacy, resilience and AI considerations.

Connects business and technology on complex client projects by identifying customer and user needs, defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, analyzing processes and journeys, and developing solution concepts. Collaborates with developers, UX designers, architects, and interdisciplinary teams in agile and traditional settings. May progress into Proxy Product Owner or Delivery Lead responsibilities while working across industries and client environments.

Lead the design and rollout of a company-wide AI capability framework and learning curriculum. Define skills, proficiency levels, learning pathways, assessments, certifications, and digital badges. Coordinate senior stakeholders, technical experts, internal teams, external partners, pilots, and international implementation activities. Establish learning design standards, align development with career frameworks, measure effectiveness, and ensure the programme is practical, scalable, and sustainable.
