Leads Group IT’s Enterprise Applications & Integration area across Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration. Responsibilities include setting technology strategy and roadmaps, building an operating model, managing applications and integrations, establishing governance and engineering standards, partnering with senior business stakeholders, overseeing budgets and vendors, and developing domain leaders. The role also contributes to broader Group IT strategy, organisational development, and investment decisions.

Manage and continuously improve a global endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Design endpoint configurations, policies, compliance standards, automation, application deployment, and lifecycle processes. Maintain Omnissa Horizon virtual desktops and images, provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to IT projects, and document solutions. Collaborate internationally across Digital Workplace and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient workplace services.
