“When I joined ZS straight out of school, I never imagined it would become the only job I’d ever want.” That’s what Principal Kumar Ritwick had to say when reflecting on his career at ZS. Since joining the firm 15 years ago, he has mastered the nuances of managing client relationships and moved from Delhi to Boston, where he has lived ever since. “What’s kept me here isn’t just the role — it’s the constant evolution of the work itself,” Ritwick said.

The moment Blanco began her internship at ZS, she was immersed in real project work.
“From the beginning, I was included in client-facing activities,” she said. “I had a great consultant on my team who pushed me to grow, always in a supportive way. He gave me space to lead calls and take on work I didn’t yet know how to do, then helped me learn it.”
Blanco quickly built a strong foundation in consulting and gained the confidence to grow. Her current team works at the intersection of technology and client engagement with a focus on data engineering analysis, building tech solutions that make it easier for clients to find and understand important insights.
