Serve as a strategic HR business partner for a multifamily property management firm: manage day-to-day HR operations, lead employee relations and investigations, coach leaders, develop a small HR team, implement HR initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, ensure compliance, and modernize HR processes using HR technology and AI tools.

Maintain property grounds and common areas: remove debris, sweep/blow breezeways, replace common-area light bulbs, pressure wash buildings, prepare market-ready units, clean model units and amenities, and keep compactor areas clear.

The Regional Manager oversees residential communities, managing finances, staffing, and operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, evaluating performance, and developing teams.
