Leads regional property management operations, profitability, service quality, marketing, resident relations, and owner communications. Supervises Regional Managers and property teams, reviews budgets and performance, conducts property inspections, oversees hiring and training, resolves employee issues, and supports business development. Manages a portfolio of properties while mentoring leaders and ensuring operational and reporting standards are met. Requires frequent regional travel, including property visits and emergency support.

Processes high-volume invoices, checks, payments, voids, reversals, and rush requests across multiple entities and properties. Reviews vendor records, reconciles aging reports, manually enters invoices, mails checks, and supports year-end 1099/1096 tax documentation. The role collaborates with accounting, treasury, and operations teams while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and timely processing in a corporate office environment.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for a multifamily property management firm: manage day-to-day HR operations, lead employee relations and investigations, coach leaders, develop a small HR team, implement HR initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, ensure compliance, and modernize HR processes using HR technology and AI tools.

Support market research, financial modeling, budgeting, and data analytics for portfolio management, acquisitions, and developments. Coordinate with operations, accounting, and marketing; perform due diligence, prepare reports and presentations, lead new business presentation prep, and occasionally perform on-site property management duties.
