Monitor operations, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, deliver training, support emergency response, and collaborate with production and engineering during ramp‑up to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement.

Lead North American business development into military and defense aerospace markets. Develop go-to-market strategy, pursue government tenders, build relationships with OEMs/Tier1s and government stakeholders, manage pipeline and CRM reporting, collaborate with technical and operations teams, and monitor market trends to secure long-term program inclusion and revenue growth.
