Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and production planning for the T-FIT business. Translate sales forecasts and customer requirements into operational plans, monitor inventory and capacity risks, produce planning reports, and improve data quality and planning processes. The role works cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams across international markets, escalating risks and recommending actions to support customer service, revenue, and working-capital objectives.

Supports commercial growth by developing and qualifying polymer foam applications for North American customers. Provides technical guidance, conducts laboratory trials and testing, assists with fabrication methods, interprets data, and advises on regulatory and performance requirements. Maintains product and market knowledge, identifies opportunities for new products, and manages multiple application-development projects. The role is home-based, customer-facing, autonomous, and requires at least 30% travel across North America.

Lead and manage the local IT team for a Vietnam manufacturing site, owning IT service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT support. Partner with Operations and global IT on production systems, projects, vendor management, and compliance to ensure reliable, secure manufacturing and office IT operations.
