Manage and grow strategically important North American customer accounts across automotive, medical, and industrial packaging sectors. Responsibilities include account planning, commercial negotiations, pricing, forecasting, contract discussions, customer relationship management, issue resolution, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role coordinates technical, operations, supply chain, customer service, and product teams while supporting product qualification and commercialization. Regular travel across North America is required.

Lead new business development across the United States for roll foam and flexible materials markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, account growth, customer needs analysis, technical solution coordination, trials, quotations, negotiation, forecasting, market intelligence, and commercial close. The role requires building relationships with customers, distributors, converters, and internal teams, while representing the company at meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, and production planning for the T-FIT business. Translate sales forecasts and customer requirements into operational plans, monitor inventory and capacity risks, produce planning reports, and improve data quality and planning processes. The role works cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams across international markets, escalating risks and recommending actions to support customer service, revenue, and working-capital objectives.
