Lead and manage laboratory operations in a manufacturing environment: oversee testing, calibration, equipment qualification, audit readiness, documentation, team coaching, and collaboration with QA, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to support product validation and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the local IT team for a Vietnam manufacturing site, owning IT service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT support. Partner with Operations and global IT on production systems, projects, vendor management, and compliance to ensure reliable, secure manufacturing and office IT operations.

Support and optimize foam manufacturing processes (IMM/Autoclave), monitor process data, troubleshoot, run material trials, drive continuous improvement, ensure product quality, safety and compliance, and collaborate with QA, R&D, Production and Supply Chain.
