Lead and manage a complaints function across banking and lending products, handling escalated/FOS cases, setting quality and control frameworks, using complaints insight to drive cross‑functional change, reporting risk and outcomes to senior leadership, and representing Complaints in senior decision forums.

Lead a seven-person BI team to deliver trusted reporting, maintain dbt models and Tableau dashboards, drive data quality and governance, manage stakeholder prioritisation, and define a strategic BI roadmap including semantic layer and AI-enabled analytics.

As a Product Manager for Membership & Growth, you will own the roadmap for customer data services, coordinate with engineers, and address product teams' data needs. You will balance technical improvements with business value while enhancing data quality for cross-sell initiatives.
