Build and maintain consumer-credit risk, value, revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value models. Translate ambiguous credit questions into practical analyses and classification or regression solutions using Python and statistical judgment. Partner with Credit Strategy, Product, and Engineering to prioritize work, productionize models, explain technical decisions, and drive alignment. This hands-on individual-contributor role offers mid- and senior-level scope in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Build and evolve Zopa’s native iOS platform, including shared modules, APIs, architecture, developer tooling, design systems, observability, and CI/CD. Deliver production-quality Swift and SwiftUI code, improve performance and reliability, shape technical standards, and collaborate across engineering, product, design, backend, and Android teams. Coach engineers through pairing, code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Leads Zopa’s end-to-end complaints function across multiple banking products, ensuring fair customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, quality, and operational performance. The role manages transformation toward an AI-enabled operating model, oversees complex cases and controls, uses data for forecasting and root-cause analysis, develops leadership capability, and represents complaints in senior and regulatory forums.
