Provide pragmatic compliance advice and oversight for the lending business, ensure regulatory adherence (COBS, BCOBS, CONC, SYSC), review financial promotions, lead compliance reviews, represent compliance on projects and committees, and drive compliance awareness across the business.

Lead day-to-day complaints and DSAR operations, manage Complaints Team Leaders, ensure regulatory compliance (FCA DISP, Consumer Duty, GDPR), resolve escalations, use complaint data and root-cause analysis to drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Own and improve first-line frameworks for Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk. Simplify processes, create guidance and templates, improve workflows and governance, and lead resilience activities (self-assessment, important business services, impact tolerances, dependencies, testing). Oversee the material third-party register, embed risk requirements into supplier processes, and support monitoring, BCP and exit planning for high-risk suppliers.
