Manages UK-wide spare parts inventory and distribution for electric vehicle fleets, including forecasting, planning, supplier coordination, and rework team output. Owns operational excellence processes involving battery safety and system accuracy, while supporting growth and profitability projects. Requires operational, inventory, or warehousing experience; analytical spreadsheet skills; project and process improvement capabilities; and strong prioritization and communication. People management and operational health and safety experience are preferred.

Lead Spain market end-to-end operations and P&L, scaling fleet, workshops, retail and logistics. Drive local growth experiments, KPI cadence, safety programs, hiring and frontline coaching, vendor and facilities management, and partner with central teams to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth.
