First design hire responsible for end-to-end product design across a control tower, alerting/intervention flows, a node-based no-code workflow builder, AI-native surfaces, and a design system. Regular customer calls, rapid prototyping in Figma, and close collaboration with founding engineers. Focus on data-dense, regulated healthcare logistics problems and shipping usable interfaces quickly.

The Full-Stack Engineer will develop product features across Python backend and TypeScript/React frontend, ensuring real-time shipment visibility and workflow automation, while integrating with external systems and maintaining compliance and security standards.
