Partners cross-functionally, mentors engineers, drives modernization and migrations, and establishes reusable patterns for data modeling, orchestration, quality, and platform operations.

Manage strategic onboarding and implementation programs for ZoomInfo customers, translating GTM objectives into actionable use cases, workflows, and measurable outcomes. Lead discovery, solution deployment, project milestones, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and customer communications across multiple concurrent implementations. Collaborate with Customer Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering teams, advise customers on GTM best practices, and ensure effective handoffs to account teams.
