Lead senior engineering teams responsible for ZoomInfo’s operational and analytical data platforms. Set strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for Bigtable, BigQuery, ingestion pipelines, CDC systems, reliability, scalability, observability, and compliant customer data deletion. Manage technical leaders, develop engineering talent, prioritize competing initiatives, and partner with executives, product, legal, compliance, security, and downstream engineering teams to accelerate data onboarding and maintain platform integrity.

Build and enhance large-scale entity resolution and matching services using Java, Spring, cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, and machine learning. The role involves designing scalable, reliable, low-latency backend solutions; improving matching results; supporting millions of users and billions of documents; collaborating with product and architecture teams; and driving the long-term roadmap for matching algorithms.

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you'll develop a unified data platform, architect infrastructure, implement APIs, and mentor teams, focusing on data processing and reliability.
