Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure VoIP infrastructure and services. Build and operate Kubernetes clusters, develop CI/CD pipelines, use IaC (Terraform/Ansible), troubleshoot VoIP/SBC/FreeSWITCH, manage monitoring and alerting, and collaborate across teams to ensure high availability and automation.

Lead U.S. state and local tax strategy, compliance, and audit defense across direct and indirect taxes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Revenue to ensure correct tax configuration, drive automation and AI initiatives, manage SALT audits, advise on contracts/pricing, and mentor the tax team while implementing tax technology improvements.

Provide legal counsel for AI-powered products across Zooms platform. Partner with product, engineering, privacy, security, and business teams to assess risks, conduct product reviews, maintain compliance inventories, draft customer-facing disclosures and terms, and negotiate vendor/AI/data agreements while enabling innovation and global compliance.
