Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product experience for Zoom’s Sales Engagement platform. Lead AI sequencing, multichannel outreach, engagement automation, buyer-signal workflows, and sales integrations. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, pipeline generation, retention, and revenue growth. The role requires deep knowledge of B2B SaaS, sales engagement, CRM, outbound prospecting, and AI-enabled automation.

Lead a globally distributed team of data, ML, and visualization engineers supporting Zoom’s billing, checkout, growth, and revenue analytics. Own data platform roadmaps, scalable pipelines, architecture, governance, access controls, reliability, and tooling decisions across Snowflake and Databricks. Partner with Finance, Product, and Data Science, while managing hiring, performance, mentorship, prioritization, and capacity planning.

Designs, implements, and owns production-scale inference systems for large transformer and multimodal models. Responsibilities include optimizing CUDA kernels, inference frameworks, batching, caching, quantization, and serving infrastructure; deploying models; monitoring latency SLOs; responding to incidents; and partnering with research teams. The role also drives technical design and establishes inference engineering standards across the AI Infrastructure team.
