Maintain, scale, and improve SaaS production platforms with a focus on automation, observability, disaster recovery, and 99.999% availability. Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement durable operational improvements.

Own the revenue operations infrastructure supporting Zoom’s go-to-market organization. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack, maintaining data models, running pipeline and forecast cadences, producing executive reporting, designing lead routing and territory rules, enabling signal-driven expansion programs, managing RevOps requests, and driving cross-functional initiatives and AI workflow adoption.
