Provide first-line systems administration and IT support: monitor systems, perform Microsoft 365 and basic Azure administration, handle endpoint configuration, BitLocker recovery, DNS checks, printers and hardware/software queries, assist with access changes, patching, ticket resolution, vendor coordination, and small project tasks following SOPs and change controls.

12-month structured internship for unemployed South African graduates in IT/systems/networking. Provides workplace exposure, mentoring, and practical experience per MICT SETA requirements. Full-time, office-based role in Rivonia with emphasis on confidentiality, teamwork, communication, punctuality, and a genuine interest in telecommunications and customer service.
