Provides advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure environments. Troubleshoots identity, access, authentication, networking, infrastructure, and productivity-service issues; manages Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, VPNs, monitoring, and cloud consumption reporting. Serves as a technical contact for customers and partners, resolves incidents within SLAs, documents root causes, supports licensing and CSP inquiries, guides junior staff, and collaborates with Microsoft and internal teams across rotating shifts.

Provides advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure environments. Troubleshoots identity, authentication, networking, infrastructure, and end-user productivity issues; manages Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, VPNs, monitoring, and cloud consumption reporting. Serves as a technical advisor to customers and partners, resolves incidents within SLAs, documents root causes, and supports Microsoft licensing and CSP programs. Collaborates on escalations, guides junior staff, and works rotating shifts.

Manage and automate Windows and Mac infrastructure, networks, SaaS applications, Microsoft cloud services, endpoint deployments, security, and user support. Administer Azure Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy, and Microsoft technologies; monitor system availability; document procedures; train users; lead implementations, migrations, and process improvements; and manage escalations. The role also supports compliance, AV systems, project planning, and occasional travel to other offices.
