Lead value-based discovery, engage executive stakeholders, coordinate solution architects and partners, and structure scalable technology solutions across workplace, networking, security, cloud, data center, and staffing services. The role requires strong territory planning, executive presence, deal discipline, and up to 50% travel.

Manages enterprise client relationships to ensure measurable value from technology investments. Develops success plans, tracks adoption and customer health, facilitates business reviews, resolves barriers, and drives retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Partners with executives, sales, architects, delivery teams, and technology manufacturers across cloud, networking, security, and managed services environments. Uses customer data to identify risks, communicate business insights, document outcomes, and support revenue growth.

Leads sales compensation and bonus analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, commission validation, payout reconciliation, and plan governance. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and leadership to design and evaluate incentive programs. Builds dashboards and payout calculators, investigates discrepancies, improves compensation systems and controls, and conducts global market and cost analyses to support accurate, competitive compensation decisions.
