Lead technical strategy and end-to-end development of unmanned multi-rotor UAS platforms from concept to production. Define system architecture, oversee mechanical/electrical and software integration, drive verification, certification, and risk management, mentor engineering teams, and liaise with customers and leadership on technical matters for airworthiness and operational readiness.

Lead and govern configuration management across hardware and software lifecycles for UAS programs. Establish CM processes, PLM/data governance, change control, and traceability; influence leadership, support proposals, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, resolve cross-program risks, and represent CM to customers and auditors.

Lead and govern configuration management across hardware and software lifecycles for UAS programs. Establish CM capability, change governance, PLM/data practices, and compliance (AS9100, EIA-649, ITAR/EAR). Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and programs, mentor junior CM staff, support proposals, and represent CM to leadership, customers, and auditors. On-site role requiring US citizenship and security-clearance eligibility.
