Lead strategy and execution for Zola's B2C engagement and retention program across the customer journey. Drive segmentation, personalization, AI-assisted tooling, and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, and revenue. Own the roadmap, manage one direct report, maintain program performance through platform migrations, and partner with Product, Engineering, BI, and Creative to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams to define, build, launch, and iterate Zola's wedding planning products. Own data-driven roadmaps and success metrics, analyze product performance, and communicate strategy to stakeholders. Advocate for AI-driven workflows, balance customer and business needs, and scale product processes across the organization.

Lead assortment strategy and merchandising for assigned e-commerce categories, manage one direct report, use data and AI tools for assortment, pricing, margin optimization, vendor negotiations, and site merchandising. Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product & Engineering, attend trade shows, and drive initiatives to achieve financial objectives and category growth.
