Teams at Zola

Lead assortment strategy and merchandising for assigned e-commerce categories, manage one direct report, use data and AI tools for assortment, pricing, margin optimization, vendor negotiations, and site merchandising. Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product & Engineering, attend trade shows, and drive initiatives to achieve financial objectives and category growth.

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze KPIs, run A/B test interpretation, build financial and business models, and support strategic initiatives and reporting cadences. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, assist in board materials, and drive ad hoc analyses to identify product and growth opportunities.

Lead cross-functional teams to define, build, launch, and iterate Zola's wedding planning products. Own data-driven roadmaps and success metrics, analyze product performance, and communicate strategy to stakeholders. Advocate for AI-driven workflows, balance customer and business needs, and scale product processes across the organization.
