Manage bi-weekly British Columbia payroll, including employee changes, timecard review, payroll processing, reconciliations, manual cheques, and Records of Employment. File monthly GST/HST and quarterly EHT returns, support corporate month-end close, prepare project tracking reports, and assist with Canadian and U.S. entity projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication, and payroll or accounting experience.

Leads business development and program management across government and commercial opportunities. Drives sales-cycle execution, customer acquisition, capture processes, proposal writing, contract negotiations, client relationships, demonstrations, and follow-on growth. Requires experience with government contracts, technical proposals, networking, and technology-focused sales. The role is remote within the U.S., requires U.S. citizenship, travel as needed, and eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Manage software product lifecycles from concept through launch, partnering with customers, leadership, developers, and cross-functional teams. Define features, requirements, schedules, costs, demonstrations, and acceptance criteria while ensuring products meet technical and government program requirements. The role supports commercial and U.S. government products involving data visualization, UI/UX, web applications, and immersive technologies such as VR, AR, and MR.
