Field-based sales professional responsible for selling veterinary diagnostic instruments, tests, and services across an assigned territory. Develops customer relationships, meets sales quotas, generates new business, maintains sales data, demonstrates equipment, supports customers, and assists with billing and collections. Requires extensive territory travel, overnight stays, equipment transport and setup, technical presentations, veterinary knowledge, and the ability to lift 60 pounds.

Develops production, packaging, purchasing, and inventory plans to ensure reliable product supply. Analyzes MRP data, manages safety stock and purchase orders, maintains SAP master data, coordinates with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and supports new product introductions, engineering changes, and site transfers. Ensures GMP and regulatory compliance while applying Lean, Right First Time, and operational excellence methods to improve planning and manufacturing processes.

Manage and support site-wide automation, industrial controls, instrumentation, BMS, DCS, PLC, EMS, PCS, and IT/OT systems in a GMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include architecture, lifecycle and change control, troubleshooting, validation, vendor management, training, audits, SOPs, project implementation, and factory/site acceptance testing. The role requires collaboration across technical and operational teams while ensuring compliance with Zoetis standards, FDA requirements, cGMP, and applicable automation standards.
