Create, film, edit, write, and publish short-form social content across major platforms. Manage London-based shoots, adapt content for different channels, produce reactive content within 24–48 hours, maintain content workflows, and collaborate with marketing, creative, PR, product, experts, and the Social Media Manager to improve performance and grow social channels.

Lead ZOE's Germany market entry (≈75%) and support cross-market science/brand moments (≈25%). Own PR, media relations, brand localisation, growth strategy, agency and ambassador management. Brief central performance teams, draft German and English press materials, build Tier‑1 media network, and report to the GM of International Growth.

Own execution of international and retail launches: coordinate inbound logistics, translate retail routing requirements, manage cross-border shipments and customs, maintain inventory and 3PL portal accuracy, support supplier onboarding, and create repeatable playbooks for market expansion.
