Teams at Zodiac of North America Inc

Provides technical support for inflatable marine-product production, including equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, RF welding processes, CAD updates, machine upgrades, root-cause analysis, quality support, process improvement, and team training. Coordinates with production, quality, suppliers, and international technical teams while maintaining equipment procedures and production records.

Manages technical configuration, drawings, documentation, product libraries, pricing data, and technical sales support for military and commercial rigid hull inflatable boats. Coordinates with global engineering, purchasing, production, sales, suppliers, and customers. Supports quality programs, manufacturing visits, factory tests, sea trials, deliveries, warranty issues, product development, and marketing materials. Requires marine or mechanical engineering knowledge, CAD proficiency, maritime industry familiarity, and U.S. travel availability.
