Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines; develop logical and physical data models and warehouse designs; implement monitoring and alerting; optimize data processing and storage; collaborate across teams; and support production systems using modern data technologies.

Own backend modules end to end, from design and coding through deployment and monitoring. Drive scalable and reliable architecture, collaborate with product and QA teams, mentor engineers, review code, and improve engineering processes. Build and maintain complex production applications, design data models and services, debug and scale high-performance systems, and contribute to technical decisions.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex SaaS and enterprise products, from discovery through delivery. Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, validation sessions, and iterative prototyping. Champion user-centered design, develop and maintain design systems, analyze qualitative and quantitative user behavior data, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers, present solutions, incorporate feedback, and help build a strong design culture.
