Lead the QA strategy and execution for product releases while managing manual and automation testing teams. Responsibilities include defining test plans, designing automation frameworks, tracking quality metrics, coordinating release readiness, reviewing test assets, integrating CI/CD, improving QA processes, and managing team capacity. The role remains hands-on with automation architecture, debugging, API testing, SQL, and test strategy development.

Own the performance engineering lifecycle, including workload modeling, test scripting, load and stress execution, results analysis, bottleneck identification, and tuning recommendations. Conduct API, web services, and database performance testing; prepare reports and dashboards; support capacity planning and release sign-off. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure applications are scalable, stable, and performant.

Coach and lead Scrum teams to apply the Scrum framework, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown), use Jira/Confluence, and collaborate with stakeholders and other leads to improve delivery and team performance.
