Perform file reviews and audits of chattel loan origination and servicing to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies. Identify discrepancies, document findings, perform data trending to detect systemic risk, prepare reports with metrics and remediation recommendations, and collaborate with Operations, Servicing, Compliance, and Management to implement corrective actions and improve controls.

Own and execute broad marketing tasks including product launches, lifecycle campaigns, email/web/social content, sales collateral, partner communications, and social media. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering. Use AI and modern marketing tools to streamline content creation and manage website/CMS and design assets.

Manage delinquent loan pipeline, evaluate borrower hardship and financials, recommend loss mitigation solutions, develop scalable processes, improve reporting and controls, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and partner cross-functionally to improve borrower outcomes and operational performance.
