Lead day-to-day live operations for rapid delivery platform, drive shift pace and accountability, meet SLA/KPIs, manage incidents, coach and develop agents, build operational reporting, and continuously improve processes and automation.

Lead design and implementation of autonomous, reasoning-driven AI agents for logistics. Architect LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows, vector retrieval/RAG, and production-scale prompt engineering. Own system design, deployment, and stakeholder communication, with on-site collaboration.

Lead launch and scaling of 15-20 micro-warehouse locations across London: onboard service partners and customers, implement processes, ensure service quality, resolve operational issues, and provide hands-on operational leadership during launches and high-pressure periods.

Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure AWS infrastructure using IaC and containers. Own reliability, scalability, cost optimization, incident response, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and disaster recovery for production logistics systems.

Owner of end-to-end technical designs for Zippd's platform: translate business requirements into microservice architectures, APIs, DB schemas, and Confluence specs; support engineering, triage production issues, and act as the technical contact for client API integrations.
