Provide administrative and project coordination support to sales leadership and teams. Manage onboarding, meetings, events, reporting, communications, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of initiatives and operational efficiency.

Lead design and deployment of large-scale fiber networks, manage engineering teams and external vendors, set design standards and compliance, drive automation and GIS/CAD tool adoption, coordinate cross-functional deployment readiness, and ensure construction-ready, regulatory-compliant deliverables while supporting strategic network expansion.

Manage and mentor an Outside Plant (OSP) engineering team; oversee engineering work orders, compliance with company standards and NESC, permitting, stakeholder coordination, project scheduling, cost estimating, contractor oversight, invoice verification, and budget management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to quality standards.
