Door-to-door sales role selling residential fiber internet. Knock ~65 doors/day, target 15 positive interactions, meet monthly sales quotas, use provided training and sales tools, work outdoors in all seasons, and drive within an assigned territory.

Generates residential fiber internet sales in multifamily properties through property visits, community events, door-to-door outreach, and customer engagement. Builds relationships with property staff and prospective customers, meets activity and sales targets, collaborates with marketing and training teams, tracks expenses, and monitors industry developments. The role requires extensive outdoor work, regional driving, reliable transportation, and professional customer service.

Leads fiber network engineering teams and external partners through scalable network design, route planning, permitting, compliance, construction-ready deliverables, and project execution. Establishes engineering standards, manages vendors and performance metrics, drives process improvement through GIS and automation, and partners cross-functionally to support large-scale fiber deployment. Requires substantial fiber engineering and people-management experience, occasional travel, and valid driving credentials.
