Teams at Ziply Fiber

Build and maintain relationships with local governments, public works departments, utilities, community leaders, residents, and businesses. Support fiber network expansion by resolving permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment, construction, and community issues across jurisdictions. Represent Ziply Fiber with public officials, coordinate internal responses to constituent inquiries, track complaint resolution, and provide local insight to network operations and build-area teams.

Drive small and medium business sales for Ziply Fiber via door-to-door outreach, phone and email, networking, events, and local partnerships. Complete new-hire sales training, meet daily/ monthly sales targets, track expenses, attend territory events (up to 25% travel), and maintain strong customer service, reporting, and compliance with background and driving requirements.

Drive sales and customer acquisition in multi-family (MDU) properties by networking with property staff, conducting door-to-door outreach, hosting community events, meeting daily activity and monthly sales goals, collaborating with marketing and training teams, tracking expenses, and supporting operational tasks. Role is field-based with frequent outdoor work and regional driving.
