Lead hands-on build-floor activities to enable repeatable, safe electromechanical hardware builds. Coach technicians, prioritize daily work, ensure build readiness (hardware, tooling, documentation), troubleshoot and validate assemblies, and standardize methods for manufacturing readiness and traceability across development, validation, production, and recovery.

Lead supplier qualification and industrialization of electric motors for drones. Manage supplier readiness, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC activities, DFM/DFA reviews, validation, cost and quality improvements, manufacturing transfers, and cross-functional launches with ~50% travel across Japan and Southeast Asia.

Monitor assigned airspace during UAS flight tests, identify hazards (non-cooperative aircraft, weather, fires), communicate concerns to the Remote Pilot in Command, initiate mitigations or stop operations when necessary, and participate in pre-briefings, recurrent training, and competency checks. Maintain vigilance during day, night, and weekend shifts while following procedures and escalating unresolved hazards.
