Leads the Marketplace Software engineering team, owning the roadmap and execution for marketplace management tools, services, and products. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing engineers; guiding architecture and technical execution; building customer-facing marketplace software; partnering with Product and Operations; and improving scalability and marketplace health.

Own aircraft loads and dynamics analysis, define vehicle load requirements, perform structural and multibody simulations, evaluate strength and fatigue, and lead dynamic testing from preparation through model correlation. Collaborate across engineering disciplines to guide aircraft design and performance decisions. Develop analysis tools, processes, and standards while mentoring engineers. The role includes hands-on work in wind tunnels, vibration labs, flight tests, and field environments.

Own rotor and propeller loads development for autonomous aircraft, performing rotordynamics, structural, fatigue, finite element, and flight-test analyses. Define loads requirements, build models, lead design-test-analysis cycles, validate performance through testing, and collaborate across aerodynamics, structures, GNC, systems, and powertrain teams. The role also mentors engineers and develops standardized analysis tools and processes.
