Lead product design for Global Payments, owning end-to-end flows (scheduling, tracking, failures). Shape product direction, run customer research, collaborate with PMs and engineers, design migration and provider integration experiences, and participate in design reviews.

Lead end-to-end product design for PO management and virtual card workflows in a Procure-to-Pay platform. Partner with PMs and engineers to design issuing, spending, reconciliation, declines/disputes, and AI-assisted agent experiences. Conduct user research with customers and AP teams, prototype in Figma, and participate in cross-team design reviews.

Lead and scale a team of FTEs and contractors to deliver Zip's AI products, drive customer adoption, own data and integration partner evaluations, ensure platform quality and reliability, manage delivery throughput from planning to deployment, develop automation/internal tools to reduce manual work, and partner with AI engineering, product, and customer success to resolve blockers and measure performance.
