Own growth, retention and commercial success for a portfolio of strategic merchant partners. Develop and execute account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, build C-suite relationships, drive product adoption, run business reviews, monitor market trends, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable improvements and commercial outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for decisioning, credit risk, fraud and customer identity platforms. Translate complex business problems into technical platform solutions, partner with Engineering, Risk and Data to improve scalability, performance, reliability and governance, and prioritise investments that drive customer, commercial and risk outcomes.
