Build automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability, maintain Sydney office networks, resolve complex L3 issues through an on-call roster, and deliver technical projects. Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering and business stakeholders, explore AI technologies, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational effectiveness.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex financial experiences across native mobile and web. Own discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement. Use research, experimentation and product data to influence strategy, simplify customer journeys and build accessible experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Risk, contribute to Zip’s design system, explore AI-enabled experiences, facilitate alignment, and mentor through critique and knowledge sharing.

Lead end-to-end product design for repayment experiences across mobile and web. Design payment rescheduling, early payoff, reminders, and personalized financial assistance while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Finance. Incorporate AI tools into research, prototyping, validation, documentation, and design operations; create scalable workflows, interpret metrics, validate hypotheses, communicate trade-offs, and improve post-launch experiences.
