Own risk analytics initiatives that improve repayment rates, optimize collections costs, monitor trends and emerging risks, and evaluate external agency performance. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to develop actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and apply AI tools to automate reporting and improve collections outcomes. The role requires advanced SQL and experience in credit risk, fraud risk, collections, or related lending analytics.

The Business Process Manager will map, model, document, and improve critical business processes using BPMN 2.0 and SAP Signavio. The role connects processes with risks, controls, data, and technology; maintains the process repository; develops process management standards; and supports continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. They will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, promote process literacy, manage change adoption, and explore AI-enabled process improvements.

Own Zip’s Expected Credit Loss and loss forecasting processes, including monthly production, quarterly parameter monitoring, methodology, scenario and variance analysis, back testing, controls, automation, and audit support. Analyze portfolio performance, delinquency, and write-offs to produce clear recommendations for Credit Risk and Finance stakeholders. Improve data governance, analytical code, forecast accuracy, and explainability while supporting bad debt initiatives and exploring AI-enabled improvements.
