Own Policygenius’ paid, organic, and influencer social media strategy. Responsibilities include launching and optimizing paid campaigns, managing influencer relationships, creating content, engaging communities, conducting testing, analyzing KPIs and ROAS, developing reports, and collaborating with creative, content, legal, sales, and analytics teams to drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, and customer acquisition.

Leads technical API product development, enterprise client onboarding, and implementations from kickoff through production go-live. Defines API specifications, data models, event-driven integrations, security and traffic policies, and SDLC requirements. Partners with engineering, architecture, sales, and clients on solution design, production issues, releases, and roadmap priorities. Builds onboarding processes and serves as a senior technical product subject matter expert.

Manage inbound phone leads from prospective life insurance customers, explain coverage and industry terminology, and guide customers through the application process using a consultative sales approach. Collaborate with teammates to resolve complex customer needs, meet performance metrics, and improve sales results through coaching and ongoing development. The role is remote, customer-facing, and may include evening and weekend work.
