Design, deploy, and scale cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure for enterprise contact centre services. Build automation, CI/CD/GitOps pipelines, monitoring, and runbooks; troubleshoot 24/7 production systems; collaborate on SIP/VoIP and contact-centre tooling integration and platform optimization.
