As a Product Manager for the Scheduler stream, you will define the product roadmap, conduct customer discovery, maintain market intelligence, collaborate with teams, write PRDs, and prioritize objectives to enhance Zinier's scheduling capabilities.

Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex escalated incidents end-to-end. Diagnose root causes, lead investigations into recurring problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and knowledge base articles, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and ensure SLAs are met for all tickets.
