Zim Integrated Services Benefits Overview

Develop and execute Trans-Pacific sales strategies, acquire and retain shipping clients, target air freight and high-value cargo opportunities, and promote sea freight or sea-air alternatives. Monitor freight rates and competitors, manage contract rate agreements, and collaborate with trade management, operations, and customer service. The role requires strong shipping sales experience, negotiation, market analysis, multilingual communication, and knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, and Trans-Pacific routes.

Supports the sales team with business development, customer inquiries, indoor sales activities, commercial reporting, and cross-department coordination. Helps achieve sales targets and company goals while maintaining customer communication and working effectively under pressure.

Administers Brazilian payroll, time and attendance, employee benefits, vendor coordination, HR reporting, labor cost analysis, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Supports employees and managers with payroll and benefits inquiries, maintains HR data integrity, and contributes to process improvements. Requires knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation, payroll systems, advanced Excel, and English proficiency.
