Manages the US Operations Analyst and serves as the operational escalation point for the registrant, SEC, fund board, and broker-dealer. The role requires strong transfer agency regulatory knowledge, reconciliation discipline, provider oversight, and experience with fund administration or investment platforms.

Owns US transfer-agent compliance and financial-crime programs, including SEC registration, Form TA-1 and TA-2 filings, 17Ad controls, examination readiness, AML, CIP, SAR decisions, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, Regulation S-P, provider oversight, and regulatory reporting. The role serves as designated AML officer and provides second-line challenge to UK operations while defending compliance positions for digital-asset and tokenized-investment models.

Process institutional fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, onboarding, reconciliations, and register maintenance for a US digital transfer agency. Apply NAV pricing, manage mint and burn instructions, investigate exceptions, maintain maker-checker controls, produce regulatory evidence, and coordinate daily handoffs with the UK operations hub. The role requires accuracy, escalation discipline, and familiarity with transfer agency or investment operations.
