Own and improve ITIL-aligned change enablement for production systems. Chair CAB/ECAB, assess risks—especially for Transfer Agency processes—manage forward schedule, enforce change freezes, track metrics, coordinate rollbacks, and ensure audit-ready documentation for regulated financial services clients.
