Lead and execute performance marketing across paid social, app, search and programmatic channels to drive profitable user acquisition and retention. Own targets, budgets, campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, experimentation and measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, design, data, finance and risk to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion and GMV.

Design, build, and maintain finance data models and transformation pipelines (dbt). Translate financial logic into SQL, implement data quality and reconciliation, govern finance metrics, collaborate with Finance and Product, and automate finance data processes.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling; partner with department leaders to analyse performance and support investment decisions; prepare monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and investor/board reporting; drive forecasting improvements and maintain data integrity across Finance, Data, Treasury and Reporting teams.
