Provide broad legal support across commercial agreements, corporate transactions, governance, investor relations, disputes, regulatory matters, and international expansion. Draft and negotiate contracts, identify and mitigate legal risks, conduct legal research, advise business teams, maintain legal processes and precedents, support legal technology initiatives, and deliver internal legal training. The role requires strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Develop and lead technical improvements for a high-performance mobile app using React Native, TypeScript, and React. Responsibilities include designing mobile components, optimizing performance and memory, integrating third-party services, ensuring secure API interactions, improving testing and deployment processes, and enhancing developer experience in an agile environment.

Owns month-end close, management accounts, operational expenditure accounting, accruals, reconciliations, journals, and financial reporting. Partners with FP&A and business stakeholders on variance analysis, supports subsidiary consolidation, statutory accounts, audits, and AP/AR oversight. The role improves finance processes, controls, and NetSuite functionality while resolving complex accounting issues, supporting projects, and coaching junior colleagues.
