Leads Zilch’s most complex technical programmes, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. The role drives cross-functional alignment, resolves trade-offs, manages ambiguity, and partners with Engineering, Product, and Architecture leaders. It also builds and leads the TPM function, develops high-performing teams, promotes ownership and fast decision-making, and improves organisational delivery through data-driven practices and automation.

Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models for credit risk, collections, fraud detection, and related risk decisions. Analyze large datasets, conduct experiments, monitor and iterate models, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, credit, collections, and fraud teams to operationalize reliable model pipelines and improve customer experience, risk outcomes, and operational efficiency.
