The Human Resources Generalist will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, payroll, benefits administration, HR records, compliance, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The role partners with managers and employees across multiple locations and supports recruiting events, policy administration, process improvements, and HR operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mishawaka, Indiana, with occasional travel and after-hours events.
