Leads the full Manufacturing Informatics business lifecycle, including market strategy, sales, business development, solutioning, delivery, operations, P&L, and customer expansion. Builds executive relationships across pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing organizations; oversees MES, EBR, digital manufacturing, integrations, analytics, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Develops partnerships, recruits and leads global teams, manages financial and operational performance, and ensures solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, data integrity, and business requirements.

Lead data engineering initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients by building cloud-based data pipelines, warehouses, processing systems, analytics, and visualization tools. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, transforming big data, identifying insights, advising on standards and best practices, estimating engineering efforts, collaborating with stakeholders and leadership, and supporting growth of the data science business.

Supports the MODA LIMS EM module and other regulated laboratory applications, ensuring operational reliability, data integrity, GxP compliance, and inspection readiness. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident resolution, lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, vendor coordination, documentation, risk remediation, UAT, regression testing, validation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with IT, Quality, laboratory, manufacturing, and research teams as a technical and functional subject matter expert.
