Design and implement Angular frontends, Python APIs, and cloud-native services while guiding engineers through architecture, code reviews, testing, releases, and production troubleshooting. Translate product requirements into maintainable designs and vertical slices, establish quality and security standards, manage technical debt, and collaborate with Product, QA, BA, and DevSecOps teams. Experience in regulated life sciences, clinical technology, and standards such as CDISC or USDM is preferred.

Leads delivery, operation, enhancement, governance, and adoption of enterprise analytics platforms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Partners with stakeholders, product owners, offshore development, CloudOps, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve issues, monitor platform performance, and ensure GxP, validation, audit, and quality compliance.

Leads planning, execution, tracking, governance, and stakeholder coordination for technology and informatics projects serving pharmaceutical and biotech customers. Manages scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, communications, requirements, testing, deployment, vendors, and customer deliverables. Supports Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods while coordinating globally distributed teams and contributing to improved delivery practices.
