Develop, configure, implement, and support laboratory informatics solutions using Java. Gather requirements, write Jira/user stories, assist solution design and integration, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, and ensure solutions meet customer expectations. On-site 3-4 days/week.

Lead and execute change management for pharma/biotech/agritech clients: define strategy, drive business analysis deliverables (URS, FRS, workflows), assess informatics/data landscapes, manage projects, mentor staff, support business development, and ensure operational excellence.

Lead Benchling implementations by partnering with scientific teams to gather requirements, design scalable Benchling data models and workflows, coordinate implementation, guide UAT and training, and support rollout and adoption.
