Owns integrated project delivery, stage-gate governance, risk management, workflow mapping, data migration planning, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and funding proposals. Partners with technical, research, security, engineering, and leadership teams to define cloud architecture requirements, resolve dependencies, and prepare the program for full-scale implementation.
