Leads electrical engineering design, integration, and execution for BESS, Solar PV, EV charging, microgrid, and distributed energy projects. Approves design packages, oversees DCFC and power distribution designs, manages protection and system studies, supports utility interconnection, resolves field engineering issues, and ensures compliance with electrical and energy storage standards. Provides technical guidance to sales and project teams, develops engineering processes and quality standards, and mentors junior engineers. Travel is up to 20%.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, KPI development, and profitability analysis across equipment sales, rental, parts, and service. Partners with leadership and operational teams on pricing, capital investments, fleet strategy, productivity, and growth decisions. Delivers actionable insights, identifies risks and opportunities, supports reporting automation, improves data quality, and coaches FP&A analysts.
