Supports electrification and infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. Coordinates schedules, procurement, documentation, subcontractors, vendors, customers, utilities, permitting agencies, equipment deliveries, change orders, invoicing, and project reporting. Assists project managers with site walkthroughs, kickoff activities, safety documentation, commissioning, turnover packages, and stakeholder communications. The role is based on-site in Monticello, Minnesota, with up to 15% travel and occasional overnight, evening, or weekend work.

Develops and closes Electric Power Generation equipment sales with new and existing customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, responding to customer requests, analyzing engineering specifications, preparing quotations and proposals, documenting project requirements, providing technical materials, coordinating field service and quality issues, and supporting sales engineers. The role requires customer-focused technical sales expertise, mechanical aptitude, generator or engine knowledge, and up to 25% travel.

Supports agricultural customers after equipment sales by promoting service contracts, conducting operator training and field demonstrations, providing basic precision technology support, and assisting sales and product support teams. The role documents customer activity in CRM, maintains knowledge of agricultural equipment and competitive products, reinforces safe equipment operation, and travels up to 50% within an assigned territory. Weekend and off-hours availability may be required for emergency customer support.
