Lead product design for B2C, B2B, and internal web applications. Responsibilities include product strategy participation, user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, detailed design handoffs, design-system consistency, usability iteration, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring. The role advocates user-centered design and establishes design best practices in a fully remote, international environment.

Lead growth across Zicasso’s conversion funnel by owning the CRO roadmap, managing two web experimentation squads, and launching data-driven A/B tests. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data to optimize the traveler journey, analyze results using GA4 and Tableau, define tracking requirements, and balance luxury brand positioning with conversion growth. The role also involves AI-driven personalization, stakeholder alignment, and agile product leadership.
