Develop embedded networking software for network switches, beginning with build and test work before implementing features and fixes. Responsibilities include producing software images, running regression tests, reproducing defects, writing automated tests, maintaining documentation and build environments, and learning switching hardware, software stacks, and protocols. The role requires strong C fundamentals, Linux and Git experience, interest in embedded systems, and willingness to learn with senior mentorship.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux switching software for carrier Ethernet switches. Responsibilities include implementing VLAN, QoS, multicast, DHCP relay, and other networking features; writing drivers and platform code for switch ASICs and PHYs; debugging hardware and software; creating automated tests; resolving customer-reported defects; and documenting build and debug procedures.

Leads the architecture, development, and production delivery of AI/LLM-powered cloud-native applications. Designs RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, vector database integrations, and Kubernetes deployments. Oversees model training, fine-tuning, scalability, security, governance, observability, and performance optimization. Produces technical architecture documentation, evaluates emerging AI technologies, coordinates distributed engineering teams, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and supports customer bug triage and fixes.
